Mainly hot, dry weather forecasted: Met office

imageISLAMABAD: Metereological Department has predicted mainly hot and dry weather in most parts of the country during next 12 hours.

"Severe heat wave conditions will prevail in plain areas of Punjab, upper and central Sindh, Balochistan and southern Khyber Pakhtunkhawa", it added.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: Islamabad and Murree 20 degree centigrade, Lahore 27, Karachi 28t, Peshawar 22, Quetta 16, Gilgit 11 and Muzaffarabad 21 degree centigrade.
