ISLAMABAD: Former Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday said that metro bus service would also be launched in Karachi to facilitate the masses.
He said that all out efforts would be made to resolve the energy crisis.
He said that 900 mega watt electricity would be generated soon.
He said that coal reserves would be utilized in a proper manner to produce energy to meet growing demand in the country.
Talking to a private television channel, he said that there is full potential available to generate energy.
Replying to a question he said that the international community had appreciated the free and fair electoral process across the country.
To another question he said that Nawaz Sharif goodwill gesture to the Chief of Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf, would bring positive results.
He said that PTI Chief responded well to the leader of Pakistan Muslim League, adding that the gestures have sent clear message to the world that political maturity was present in the politics of Pakistan.
He said "We made progress in Punjab and we will bring prosperity for the people of this country."
He said that those did not pay electricity bills of WAPDA, should clear their dues.
He said that the people would see progress in every field of life very soon in the country.
Replying to another question he said that Nawaz Sharif had welcomed all the parties who hold clear mandate, adding that PTI chief was asked to form the government in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa.
