President condoles with Sheikh Hasina over death of President of Bangladesh

ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Zillur Rahman, President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

In a message to Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, President Zardari said late Zillur Rahman will be remembered for his desire to contribute towards strengthening Pakistan-Bangladesh relations.

The President prayed to Allah Almighty to bless the departed soul with eternal peace and grant the bereaved family and brotherly people of Bangladesh the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

The President wished good health for Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and continued peace and prosperity for the people of Bangladesh.
