ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Monday relisted a case regarding the alleged dual membership of Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif.
The three-member bench headed by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja relisted the case as the court's time was over.
Shahid Orakzai, the petitioner who had raised constitutional questions over the issue of dual membership in his petition, told the bench that absence of respondent's counsel during the day's hearing should be noted.
