&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Minmetals said earlier Monday it would offer C$7($7.215) per share for Equinox on the condition that the target company dropped its offer for Lundin ($1 = 0.970 Canadian Dollars) ($1 = 0.962 Australian Dollars).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
