Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) presented Kazmi in the District court where senior civil judge Aslam Gondal sent the former minister to jail on a 14- days remand after completion of his 14 days physical remand.

During the course of hearing senior civil judge Aslam Gondal snubbed the FIA investigation officer for not producing proper investigation record before the court.

Kazmi will be kept in FIA Academy's room number 1 and Government has already declared the room as sub-jail.

On March 15, the FIA had arrested Kazmi after a court refused to grant him a pre-arrest bail in the case relating to his alleged corruption in arranging residential accommodation for Pakistani Hajj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia last year.
