&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said radiation levels that "seriously exceeded limits" were detected on the two when they arrived in the eastern city of Wuxi on Wednesday.&lt;/p&gt;
