Dr Singh said India sincerely desired to have peaceful and cooperative relations between the two countries, according to a PM House statement issued here.

"We are committed to resolving all outstanding issues with Pakistan through bilateral dialogue," he said.

The Indian Prime Minister expressed the hope that the current dialogue process would lead to peace, progress and prosperity of the entire region.
