Nisar Ali Khan and Shahid Orakzai was announced on March 10, 2011 by a three member bench headed by Justice Javed Iqbal and comprising other members Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed and Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;The detailed judgment announced on Tuesday was authored by Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;It may be mentioned here that in its short order, the appointment of Chairman NAB Justice (Retd) Syed Deedar Hussain was declared null and void by the bench of the apex court.&lt;/p&gt;
