&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;Inventories of refined oil products at the end of February surged 15 percent from a month earlier, of which diesel stocks soared 28 percent and gasoline stocks gained 1.2 percent, China Oil, Gas and Petrochemicals reported.&lt;/p&gt;
