MQM delegation calls on PTI leaders

LAHORE: A Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) delegation, led by MQM leader Farooq Sattar, called on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leaders Makhdoom Javed Hashmi and Shah Mahmood Qureshi here on Tuesday.

Dr Farooq Sattar invited PTI Chairman Imran Khan to visit the MQM headquarters Nine Zero.

Later, MQM leader Farooq Sattar in his joint press talk with Qureshi and Hashmi said their political contacts were aimed at steering the country out of the difficult phase, adding the country was facing internal and external challenges.

Sattar said the MQM and the PTI had the same opinion on many issues.
