KARACHI: Jackson family friend and a close friend of Janet Jackson, Gladys Knight has spoken out in favour of Janet after her explosive argument with niece Paris Jackson.
Talking to a news channel she explained that Janet would have reacted to Paris’ bad behaviour in the same way.
“Paris is 14? How old is Janet? Who's the one to try to direct the other one here? I would think it's a good thing [Janet] lets Paris know who she is.”
The 14-year old Paris reportedly had a brawl with her aunt Janet in which Janet reportedly slapped Paris and called her “a spoiled little b***h, prompting Paris to allegedly slap her back and yell, “This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f**k out!”
Gladys added, “If [Paris] called me that, she would have no teeth ... That's how we were brought up. You respect your elders.”
