&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The underwriters for the offer are: Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BOC International, BNP Paribas, CICC, China Everbright Securities, Goldman Sachs, Guotai Junan Securities, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and UBS, IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The lender aims to wrap up the deal by end July, it said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Last month, the Shanghai-listed mid-sized Chinese bank said it plans to issue up to 12 billion Hong Kong-listed shares, including an over allotment option, to boost its capital adequacy ratio.&lt;/p&gt;
