&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;The offers ranging at $102-$107 for 6,080 kcal/kg were mostly of Indonesian origin for the tender, in which the utility had sought 65,000 tonnes, the source said, adding it would award the tender on Monday.&lt;/p&gt;
