KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has said that the public meeting of the Pashtun people being held on June 24 in Jinnah Ground Azizabad would prove to be a landmark for the people of the country, particularly for the Pashtun people.
The public meeting would give a message of brotherhood and love to all the nationalities including the Pashtuns, he said in a statement issued by MQM here on Friday.
He commended the workers and office-bearers of Provincial Organizing Committee working actively for making the public meeting successful.
He prayed for the workers that Allah may increase their attachment with the organization and give them knowledge and foresight.
Altaf has appealed to the Pashtun people to participate in the public meeting in large number and make it a roaring success.
