&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Saturday approved promotion of four officers of the Secretariat Group from BS-20 to BS-21.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;The officers, who were promoted on the recommendations of the Central Selection Board (CSB), included Muhammad Yamin, Amir Ashraf, Sikandar Ahmad Rai and Sikandar Ismail Khan.&lt;/p&gt;
