&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;"We have eight dead people after the fighting in Raslanuf and 21 injured. Two or three of them were moved to Benghazi hospital in a critical situation," Doctor Ahmad Burtima told AFP at a hospital in the town of Ajdabiya.&lt;/p&gt;
