A three-member bench headed by Justice Qazi Faez Isa and comprised Justice Sardar Tariq Masood and Justice Yahya Afridi heard the bail matter filed by Hamid Latif Rana in NAB case.

Former MD of WASA Balochistan Hamid Latif Rana was held by NAB in assets beyond income case.

The accused filed bail petition over delay in trial.

The Balochistan High Court rejected his bail petitions twice while one bail application of the accused was also dismissed by the Supreme Court.
