The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) said the plane crashed shortly after takeoff on Sunday evening, adding that there were four deaths.</p> <p class="MsoPlainText">"Shortly after lift off, the aircraft veered to the left and crashed on Taxiway Kilo," it said.
