&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 180.92 points to 23,193.29 on turnover of HK$ 40.03 billion ($5.14 billion).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
