KARACHI: K-Electric on Thursday launched mobile app and Web portal for its customers.

The app launching ceremony was held at K-Electric Elander Complex Office at the I.I Chundrigar Road in Karachi.

The power company officials said that the 'KE Live' is now available on Google play store for both Android and iPhone. It provides variety of services to its customers such as billing details with historic data, duplicate bill, and integrated unit consumption comparative graphs.

The customers will also be able to lodge their complaints related to power on their fingertips via KE Live. They will also be able to access their billing history.

Earlier, the power supply company upgraded its Site Power Grid Station with Reliable and more efficient GIS technology.
