Punjab Food Authority (PFA) on Friday conducted surprise checking of 97 meat selling points of the provincial metropolis and sealed eleven out of them on the charges selling substandard meat.
Authority's raiding teams also imposed fine on 28 other meat points because of improper cleanliness and absence of food safety kits while 41 others issued warning notices on the charges of presence of insects in shop.
