Supreme Court on Monday fixed the hearing of a suo motu case pertaining to the rape and murder of a minor girl Asma in Gujar Garhi, Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for today. A three-member bench led by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar and comprising Justice Umer Atta Bandial and Justice Ijazul Ahsan will hear the matter. Notices have been issued to advocate general and inspector general of KP in the matter for January 30.
