LuckyOne Mall, Pakistan's one of the largest malls has finally opened its doors at an impressive ceremony held on Friday evening. CEO of LuckyOne, Sohail Tabba has said that after hospital it is a gift for people of Pakistan in general and for Karachiites in particular. He claimed that it is Pakistan's largest shopping mall as it is spread on the covered area of 3.2 million square feet while the food street alone is spread over 150,000 square feet. He said the mall accommodates around 200 brand outlets, Carrefour Hyper mart (Hyper star), Food Street, restaurant and food court, fun planet, air-conditioned indoor games, kids' zone.
The mall offers parking space for over 3000 cars which is the biggest car parking facility for any mall in Pakistan. LuckyOne project has built its own 20 MW Power Generation Plant that provides uninterrupted power supply for the mall. The opening ceremony was attended by large number of businessmen, traders, government and private companies' officials, political leaders, journalists, and film and TV stars along with their families and enjoyed entertaining inauguration ceremony.
