DG Rangers meets Punjab Governor

Newly appointed Director General Pakistan Rangers Punjab Major General Azhar Naveed Hayat called on Punjab governor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana, here on Tuesday and discussed matters of mutual interest. Speaking on this occasion, the governor said protection of life and property of the people is top priority of the government.
He said effective measures have been taken to protect life and property of the people and ensure the rule of the law.
He said steps taken by the government to prevent crime and eliminate terrorism have produced positive results, and the crackdown on the criminals will continue without any discrimination.
