MULTAN: Lahore High Court Chief Justice Yawar Ali Khan said on Wednesday that bar and bench should strive hard to achieve the objective of dispensing justice to the aggrieved persons.
Addressing at the Multan District Bar Association here, he recalled that he had served in Multan for a period of one and a
half years. He said that lawyers of Multan were highly professional and whenever, he pointed out something, the lawyers accepted it and then re-appeared with proper preparations of cases.
Dispensation of justice is such a vehicle which is jointly run by lawyers and judiciary, he said and added that 'Adal' (Justice) is the quality of Almighty Allah, so it is an important responsibility.
The Chief Justice promised to make arrangements for lectures of LHC judges at DBA Multan, in order to groom professional skills among young lawyers.
On this occasion, president High Court Bar Association Multan Khalid Ashraf Khan and President District Bar Mehboob Sindheela also spoke.
