Asfandyar urges politicians to avoid taking political matters to court

PESHAWAR: President of Awami National Party (ANP) Asfandyar Wali Khan has said the country was being pushed towards unnecessary crisis adding parliament was the best forum to address political matters.
Addressing workers convention of the party at Charsadda on Tuesday, the ANP leader said the politicians by demonstrating political wisdom and acumen in their ranks and files should avoid taking the cases to the courts.
The PTI Chief had the big hand in eliminating decency from the politics. There was no room for U-turn in politics, he added.
The ANP Chief urged the government to declare shares of the Pukhtuns in the CPEC industrial zone. The KP government overburdened the province by taking huge foreign loans. The next government would face difficulties in clearing the debts of the province.
The opponents who were criticizing the Punjab government day and night over taking huge commission in Jungla Bus, have now made their jungla bus in Peshawar as a source of commission in the KP.
Despite massive horse trading in Senate elections, the Election Commission has shuts its eyes and not taking any action against the people involved in this ugly business. The PTI’s own MPAs have confessed in public about money game in the senate polls and there was no doubt left now that PTI’s members were sold out in majority.
FATA should be given representation in the provincial cabinet by amending the constitution before the general elections in 2018, he added.
He challenged CM KP Pervez Khattak’s claims of abolishing corruption and added that the PTI’s own MPAs have leveled serious allegations of corruptions against their own CM. He said Pervez Khattak remained minister in the ANP led KP government for over four years which he was now criticizing the most corrupt government of the province.
