Wahid Khurshid Kunwar Investment Advisor EOBI has said that the institution is striving its best towards profitable and secured investment of EOB fund in different government and private sectors schemes.
He was talking at a group discussion on "Fixed income portfolio-strategies and procedure" organised by EOBI Investment Department at a local hotel. On the occasion, he said that EOBI was founded by Quaid-Awam Shaheed Z.A.Bhutto in 1976 for the working community of the country, so that pensionary benefits provided to them and their families. EOBI register employers and employees under EOB Act.1976 and received monthly contribution for EOB Fund.
Wahid Khurshid welcomed the participants belonging to National and Commercial Banks. Kashif Mumtaz Shaikh Asst: Director Investment gave a detailed presentation about EOBI Investment portfolio. The participants treasury and corporate department representatives widely participated in the discussion and proposed other avenues for profitable & secured investment of EOB Fund. Iqbal Dawood Pakwala , Malik Imtiaz Mehfooz , Arif Elahi members BOT and investment committee, Najmusaqib Siddiqui, DG/FA , Ishaq Khusro DDG Investment and Ayaz Ahmed Uqaili DDG (I.T) also participated in the discussion.-PR
