MULTAN: Punjab Governor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana said on Sunday that steps were being taken to resolve the problems of masses.
Talking to various delegations of notables here at Circuit House, he said that Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif had directed officials to keep their doors open for general public and ensure early redressal of people's problems.
He said that it was prime responsibility of public servants and institutions to serve the masses. He urged the officers of different departments to bring change in their attitude in order to win confidence of people.
On the occasion, the Governor issued certain directions to the officers concerned regarding applications of citizens.
