KARACHI: On Tuesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 48328.91 with a negative change of 559.63 and volume of 103,091,380 shares.

High and Low were 49006.00 and 48108.93 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 210,744,270 shares with 360 total traded companies out of which 78 were up, 278 were down and 4 were unchanged.

COMMERCIAL BANKS was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 30,486,800 shares. It was followed by OIL & GAS MARKETING COMPANIES with a total traded volume of 24,897,950 shares.

The three top traded companies were Sui South Gas with a volume of 15,779,000 and price per share of 39.10 (0.46), Faysal Bank with a volume 9,922,500of price per share of 25.04 (0.43), Sui North Gas with a volume 7,221,500 of price per share of 91.85 (0.58).

The top three advancers were Pak.Int.Cont. with price per share 547.00 (21.44), Tri-Pack Films with price per share of 307.93 (14.66) and National Refinery share of 663.00 (13.57).

The top three decliners were Sanofi-Aventis with price per share of 2715.01 (75.41), Khyber Tobacco with price per share of 1035.00 (54.00) and Abbott Lab. per share of 949.00 (22.77).
