&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;In Paris, the CAC 40 was up a negligeable 0.02 percent to finish at 4,152.31 points while in Frankfurt the DAX fell slightly, down 0.12 percent to 7,405.51 points.&lt;/p&gt;
