KARACHI: On Thursday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49569.51 with a positive change of 197.91 and volume of 98,790,470 shares.

High and Low were 49804.55 and 49371.60 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 289,412,980 shares with 372 total traded companies out of which 190 were up, 167 were down and 15 were unchanged.

INV. BANKS / INV. COS. / SECURITIES COS. was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 65,894,000 shares. It was followed by TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATION with a total traded volume of 39,514,500 shares.

The three top traded companies were Pervez Ahmed with a volume of 47,717,500 and price per share of 3.23 (0.49), TRG Pak Ltd with a volume 19,307,500 of price per share of 49.12 (1.14), K-Electric Ltd. with a volume 10,141,000 of price per share of 9.40 (0.03).

The top three advancers were Unilever Foods with price per share 5985.00 (285.00), Nestle Pakistan with price per share of 9300.00 (162.95) and Sanofi-Aventis share of 2714.99 (109.92).

The top three decliners were Siemens Pak.XD with price per share of 1290.02 (23.95), Service Ind.Ltd with price per share of 1585.00 (19.14) and Indus Motor Co per share of 1730.00 (13.34).
