KARACHI: On Wednesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49247.11 with a positive change of 381.32 and volume of 66,171,180 shares.

High and Low were 49247.57 and 48865.79 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 188,907,220 shares with 366 total traded companies out of which 225 were up, 127 were down and 14 were unchanged.

INV. BANKS / INV. COS. / SECURITIES COS. was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 26,691,500 shares. It was followed by COMMERCIAL BANKS with a total traded volume of 22,662,000 shares.

The three top traded companies were Ist.Dawood Bank with a volume of 14,086,500 and price per share of 6.63 (1.00), Azgard Nine with a volume 9,941,000 of price per share of 10.40 (0.06), Engro Fert. with a volume 9,333,000 of price per share of 69.64 (0.02).

The top three advancers were Service Ind.Ltd with price per share 1600.00 (59.56), Island Textile with price per share of 1235.00 (57.25) and Indus Motor Co share of 1730.00 (45.85).
