Rupert Murdoch's News Corp is poised to buy Shine Group, the production company founded by his daughter, the Financial Times said.

Chinese company Bright Food did not discuss a bid for a 50 percent stake in French yoghurt company Yoplait at the group level, a Chinese newspaper reported, citing an unnamed senior Bright Food executive.

Toyota Motor Corp is set to expand operations in Russia, partnering with Russian automaker Sollers to help build Toyota-brand cars in the far east of the country as it pushes further into emerging markets, the Nikkei newspaper said.
