&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 10pt;" lang="EN-GB"&gt;&lt;span size="2"&gt;&lt;span face="Courier New" style="font-family: Courier New;"&gt;The merger, which will create a world leader, was recommended unanimously by both the boards of the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and TMX Group Inc and will be jointly headquartered in London and Toronto, the joint statement said.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
