&lt;p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;" class="MsoPlainText"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-GB"&gt;&lt;span size="2" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span face="Courier New" style="font-family: Courier New;"&gt;Kausar replaces Owais Ahmad Ghani, Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for three years and a political independent, who was once close to former president Pervez Musharraf, whom President Asif Ali Zardari replaced after elections in 2008.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
