      <title>Economic indicators show improvement in Pak economy: Dr Zafar</title>

Talking to Radio Pakistan, he said the entire world is facing economic recession at present but Pakistan has performed well as far&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;as its trade is concerned and it is hoped that it will trade goods of more than 22 billion dollars this year.Commenting on the recent trade policy announced by the government, Moeen added trade relationships with countries, like America, Europe&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;and China are very important for the country and the recent developments indicate improvement.Dr. Zafar said the targets envisioned in trade policy are good andwill give boost to the economy of the country.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;To a question, Dr. Zafar welcomed the process of assigning responsibility to promote regional trade to provinces and hoped the provinces will play their due role in this regard.&lt;/p&gt;
