&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;NEW YORK: Chemicals and engine lubricant maker Lubrizol Corp posted better-than-expected quarterly profit as sales rose in all business units.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;For the fourth quarter, the company posted net income of $156.7 million, or $2.35 per share, compared with $134.2 million, or $1.92 per share, in the year-earlier period.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;Excluding one-time items, the company posted profit of $2.45 per share. By that measure, analysts expected earnings of $2.19 per share, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;Revenue rose 11 percent to $1.32 billion. Analysts expected $1.29 billion.&lt;/p&gt;
