&lt;p class="MsoPlainText"&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-GB"&gt;&lt;span size="2" style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span face="Courier New" style="font-family: Courier New;"&gt;Up to 20 other people were seriously injured in the accident which happened at Hordorf near Oschersleben, in Saxony-Anhalt, firemen and police said.
