ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Wednesday adjourned hearing of a sou-moto case regarding prolonged load-shedding in the country till Wednesday due to shortage of time.
The adjournment was made by a three-judge bench comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Justice Iqbal Hameed ur Rahman in a suo-moto case. It is to be mention that earlier apex court directed the power distribution companies to ensure equal power distribution without any discrimination among all the rural and urban areas.
