nawab-400QUETTA: Former Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani held civil society equally responsible for poor law and order situation and unabated incidents of crimes in Balochistan.

"The role of civil society remained negative during the last five years. No one from the civil society ever identified the elements opposed to peace despite knowing them," he said while talking to media after the oath taking ceremony of caretaker CM Balochistan.

Expressing sympathies with the Hazara community, Raisani said that he was personally grieved on the human loss in the two blasts occurred in Quetta.

He said that royalty on the Pak-Iran gas pipeline project was a right of the Balochistan province.
