pak-trade-400KARACHI: There exists a great deal of potential to enhance the bilateral trade between the Republic of Korea and Pakistan.

This was stated by the Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Karachi, Chang-hee Lee.

He said this while inaugurating a `Basant' festival at a posh hotel here on Friday.

The Consul General said that his efforts would be to further increase the bilateral trade between the two countries from its present level of dollars 1.6 billion.

He said that he would do his best for further promoting the friendly relations between the Republic of Korea and Pakistan.

The Consul General further said that he enjoyed attending the `Basant' festival.

A number of stalls were set up to depict the culture of various areas.
