Fight against coronavirus pandemic: Ufone to help PRCS create awareness

A leading telecom company has taken a number of initiatives to facilitate their customers and support the national effort in fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
Pakistani Telecom Company Ufone will support Pakistan Red Crescent Society in creating widespread awareness about the disease, and will assist in volunteer registration through its helpline 1030.
Under the campaign, Ufone customers can now call the helpline free of charge 24/7 to get updates and information on the disease, along with getting to know the ways to proactively protect themselves, their families and their community. Customers can also register as volunteers for their community using the same helpline.
In order to connect loved ones across borders and ensure seamless communication, Pakistani telecom operator Ufone has offered the most economical bundle for international market.
The bundle allows discounted calls on landline & mobile of China , USA & Canada whereas discounts are also offered on landline numbers in Australia, Austria, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Greece, Germany and UK.
Three different packages are being offered to customers in this regard. The first package gives 120 IDD minutes for 14 days in PKR 100+tax. In order to activate, the customer needs to send SMS with Sub to 711.
The second package offers 60 IDD minutes for 7 days in PKR 50+tax. In order to activate, the customer needs to send SMS with Sub to 711. Whereas, the third package gives 10 IDD minutes for the same day in PKR 10+ Tax and to activate this the customer needs to dial *2244#.
The Ufone is also trying to help out its people to live with befikri through introduction of unlimited U-U and PTCL calls on Super Card Plus to ensure that subscribers remain connected with ease. All prepaid customers can avail this while subscribing Super Card Plus from 25th March.
Ufone Super Card Plus already offers unlimited Facebook with 2GB extra data enabling subscribers to stay online and connected 24/7 and throughout the month.
The telecom operator is ensuring that its customers remain connected to their loved ones from the comfort of their home. Ufone has launched free WhatsApp for prepaid users all over Pakistan. Users only need to dial *987# to subscribe to the offer after which they can enjoy free WhatsApp including video and voice calls any time of the day.
