Govt to promote interfaith harmony among all religions: Mushtaq Ghani

PESHAWAR: Speaker Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani on Monday said the provincial government was giving its due rights including freedom of religion to minorities.

He stated this during a ceremony regarding Christmas day in Abbottabad. The Speaker said that Pakistan has given full freedom of religion and all other basic rights to minorities.

The government was serving to promote interfaith harmony among all religions, he said.

The speaker also cut the cake and gave a cheque from his discretionary funds on the occasion.
