Internet-based platform offering advance booking orders for skilled Butchers on Eid

ISLAMABAD: As Eid-UL-Azha is approaching fast,  Scores of Internet-based service platform has introduced 'online booking of the butcher' to ease meat processing of sacrificial animals during the upcoming Islamic festival of Eid.

A report aired by a private news channel, with the advent of eid, butchers have started advertising their services on the internet. Many from the privileged and upper-middle classes are relying on online Bakra Mandi services to place orders ahead of Eid-UL Azha, eliminating the hassle of physically visiting the cattle markets.

“Online Kasai (butcher) booking are now easy and comfortable,” says a website Bakraonline.com. You will get what you want, the website claims. Online qurbani sharing is another important feature of the website.

Those who want to participate in “Qurbani” can send their money to the financial department of Bakraonline.com, he added.

In the online gallery, the animals’ details such as weight, teeth, age, photo, price and the name of animal are given separately to help a customer select the animal of his choice, he mentioned.

Another Owner of the website said , beside entertainment, Bakra Online also keeps people updated with the daily bakra stock market.

One can get the going rates for Kasai as well as the most recent rates of animals. The website also offers a reward for the most beautiful bakra or top rated one, he added.

Users can easily book verified butcher using internet address and the mobile application of the service platform said a citizen Jabbar Qasim.

The citizens have started booking in advance of the online butchers for getting slaughtering of their sacrificial animals on the Eid-ul-Azha, in line with the sunnah of Hazrat Ihrahim (Alaih Slam), said Aiman Iman.

A butcher Haneef Muhammad said that hundreds of people are visiting his website daily, placing orders for sacrificing the animals on Eid day.

He also informed that the users can also avail the cleaning service form post-Qurbani waste management.

The service platform offered maximum ten percent discount on all services including cleaning, beauty service, car rental and refrigerator repairing marking the occasion of Eid-UL-Azha, he added.

on the other side around 80 per cent of the city’s professional butchers have already been booked and paid in advance for the first day of Eid. Their charges have increased by nearly Rs3,000 compared to last year.
