KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Tuesday at 19,905.88 points with a negative change of -169.68 and volume of 69,305,700 shares. High and Low were 20,132.10 and 19,780.89 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 3 were up, 27 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 108,555,280 shares. Total companies traded were 340 of which 50 were positive, 271 were negative and 19 were unchanged.

Technology and Communication was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 27,524,000 shares. It was followed by Power Generation and Distribution with a total traded volume of 13,257,500 shares.
