ROME: New Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta said in his inaugural speech to parliament on Monday that Europe was suffering from "a crisis of legitimacy."
"Europe is in a crisis of legitimacy and must become once more a motor of sustainable growth," said Letta, who has made reversing Europe's austerity policy one of the main aims of his mandate.
