Polish wages rise 1.6pc y/y in March

WARSAW: Polish corporate sector wages rose by an annual 1.6 percent in March to 3,833 zlotys ($1,200), below analysts' expectations of a 2.75 percent rise, statistics office data showed on Wednesday.

In monthly terms, wages rose 3.3 percent, the data also showed.

Corporate employment fell 0.9 percent in annual terms, as expected, and was 0.2 percent down in monthly terms.
