KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister has announced the enhancement of the wages of unskilled workers from Rs 7000/- to Rs 8000/- per month on 1st May 2012 on the occasion of Labor day.
It was stated that the scheduled of minimum rates of wages for the all adult unskilled and juvenile workers employed in all industrial/ commercial establishment in the province of Sindh will be Rs 8000, which are registered under any law and shall pay wages to the employees through cross cheque/ bank transfer.
