ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Justice (R) Mir Hazar Khan Khoso Thursday announced financial assistance worth Rs 1 million for the family of late Sanaullah, a Pakistani who died after being attacked in Jammu jail.
Comatose Sanaullah, 52, had died of multiple organ failure in Chandigarh hospital as he had suffered severe head injuries last week after being attacked by a fellow inmate.
Sanaullah's body had been flown back to Pakistan in his hometown, Sialkot, for funeral.
